TLS was created to simplify and enable transformation of African industries and businesses post COVID-19 pandemic.  In most African countries, procurement of industrial equipment and supplies was difficult due to factors such as lack of information, proper logistical carriage and services, cross border policies as well as the high price of import and export services.
